A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Normal delivery times are 9AM to 5PM daily for orders going to a business or residence, or 2pm to a school. We may have extended delivery times for the week prior to and the day of Valentine's Day and the week prior to Mother's Day.
We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. The customer assumes the risk and the responsibility for any delivery made to an incorrect address.
With respect to cancelling an order, same day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. NASA Flowers values its flowers and therefore it has a strict policy that it will not leave flowers at the door if the recipient is not present at time of delivery. A signature is required for every delivery. If the recipient or an agent is not present to sign for the flowers, then NASA Flowers will leave a tag on the door to call the shop and take the flowers back to the flower shop and will await instructions. If redelivery is requested, then a redelivery fee will apply.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
If the recipient refuses to accept delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
The message that you write in the card message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include billing information in the card.
